22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, POSPro One and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

23. Business Losses — In Plain Words
We built POSPro One to help your business run smoothly, and we take that responsibility seriously. Still, like any software, it can sometimes run into problems we cannot fully prevent — a bug, a slow or lost internet connection, a device or printer that stops working, a power interruption, or an outage at one of the services we rely on.
Because of this, we want to be honest and clear with you from the start: POSPro One and its developers are not responsible for any lost sales, lost profits, or other business losses that happen while using the app, including losses caused by:
- The app being slow, unavailable, or not working as expected
- Errors in prices, stock counts, discounts, or reports
- Lost, incomplete, or delayed records
- Mistakes made by you, your employees, or your cashiers
- Problems with phones, tablets, printers, scanners, or other devices
- Internet, electricity, or third-party service problems
- Theft, fraud, or unauthorized use of your account
Running a business always carries some risk, and the final decisions about your store — your prices, your cash, your stock, and your records — stay with you. To protect your business, we kindly recommend that you:
- Count your cash and check your sales at the end of each day
- Do physical stock counts from time to time
- Export your important records regularly and keep your own copy
- Have a simple backup plan, like a paper receipt book, in case the app or internet is down
- Give employees only the access they need
If something goes wrong, please tell us right away through the app or by email. While we cannot cover business losses, we will always do our best to help you find the problem, fix it, and get your store running again as quickly as we can.
This section explains Section 22 in simpler words. It does not remove any rights you have that cannot be removed under applicable law.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless POSPro One and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of POSPro One
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of another person's rights
- Your misuse of customer or employee information
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Unauthorized transactions or business activities conducted through your account
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect:
- New features
- Changes to POSPro One
- Changes to our business
- Changes to applicable laws
- Changes to security practices
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through POSPro One, email, or other reasonable communication methods.
Your continued use of POSPro One after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
Any dispute shall be handled through the appropriate legal process and jurisdiction applicable under Philippine law.
